About measures for further strengthening of material security of participants of World War II

For the purpose of forming of effective system of the state support and social protection aged, honoring of the elderly people taking active part in case of increase in the authority of the Homeland, spiritual and moral education of youth, and also further strengthening of material security of the veterans who made worthy contribution to victory over fascism:

1. Establish since May 1, 2022 the minimum size of pensions, including allowances, to persons which became disabled people as a result of war of 1941 - 1945, and her participants, and also the being minor prisoners of fascist concentration camps and persons working during blockade of the city of Leningrad - 3 080 000 million sum.

2. To make the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree at the expense of means of the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance and the republican budget.

3. To the Ministry of Finance together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this Decree.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
