1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Unified state register of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic and procedure for assignment of the State registration number to issues of securities.
2. Send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration.
3. Recognize invalid:
- The resolution NKRTsB of May 27, 1999 No. 19 "About approval of the Regulations on the Unified state register of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic and procedure for assignment of the State registration number to issues of securities";
- The resolution GKRTsB of June 25, 2001 No. 20 "About modification and amendments in Regulations on the Unified state register of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic and procedure for assignment of the State registration number to issues of securities approved by the resolution NKRTsB of May 27, 1999 No. 19".
