About modification of Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission
The supreme Eurasian economic council solved:
1. Bring in the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:
a) in appendix No. 1 to the specified Regulations:
state Item 28 in the following edition:
"28. Approval of procedure for development, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations of the Union.";
add with Items 42 (1) - 42(8) following contents:
"42(1). Approval of procedure by accreditation bodies of state members of mutual comparative estimates.
42(2). Approval of procedure for coordination of works on standardization within the Union.
42(3). Approval of procedure for carrying out obligatory periodic assessment of scientific and technical level of the become effective technical regulations of the Union and lists of standards to them.
42(4). Approval of order of interaction of accreditation bodies of state members for the purpose of ensuring exchange of information about the decisions made according to subitems 4 and 5 of item 4 of the Protocol on recognition of results of works on accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (appendix No. 11 to the Agreement on the Union).
42(5). Approval of order of interaction of state control (supervision) bodies, and also state control (supervision) bodies with bodies or the legal entities authorized according to the legislation of state member on carrying out accreditation for the purpose of the organization of carrying out the state control (supervision) and prevention of release into the stream of commerce and the address in the territories of state members of products which are not conforming to requirements of technical regulations of the Union.
