Article 3 to add 1) with Items 18 - 20 following contents:

"18) federal product catalog for federal needs - the structured inventory, delivered according to the state defense order (further - the goods which are subject to cataloguing), including the systematized information on technical and quality characteristics, service conditions of the goods which are subject to cataloguing, their developers, manufacturers (suppliers) (further - information on the goods which are subject to cataloguing), applied by the state customers, head contractors and contractors during the forming, placement and accomplishment of the state defense order;

19) the federal center of cataloguing of products for federal needs - the coordinator of works on cataloguing of products for federal needs;

20) federal nomenclature number - accounting article number, subject to cataloguing, in federal product catalog for federal needs.";

"Article 6.1-1. Federal system of cataloguing of products for federal needs
