The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. To add paragraph two of Article 36 with Item e) the following content:
"e) the lands occupied with agroforest and lesopastbishchny plantings.".
2. In Article 73:
word in paragraph three "Item b)" shall be replaced with words "Items b) and e)";
add Article after the third paragraph with two paragraphs of the following content:
"Change of procedure for use as pastures and haymakings of the farmlands including located within settlements, and the lands of reserve fund which are in public property of administrative and territorial unit is performed only after preliminary approval of owners of animals.
Change of procedure for use of the farmlands specified in Item е) Article paragraph two 36, including located within settlements, and lands of reserve fund is performed by the decision of local council of administrative and territorial unit of the first level based on the statement of the owner, and in case of the city of Chisinau - the decision of Chisinau Local government board.".
Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In the sanction of part (7) Article 115 of the word "from 80 to 150" shall be replaced with words "from 100 to 200".
2. In the sanction of Article 126 of the word "from 30 to 60" shall be replaced with words "from 80 to 150".
3. In the sanction of Article 126-1 of the word "from 6 to 12" shall be replaced with words "from 80 to 150", and the words "from 12 to 30" - the words "from 100 to 200".
