According to the paragraph of the eleventh Item 13 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of RESHILA:

1. In preamble the decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of August 15, 2023 No. 168 "About approval of the Procedure for realization of types of sanctions and monitoring of their efficiency by the commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2023 at No. 1519/40575, the word of "laws" to replace with the word of "Laws", words and figures" (with changes), the paragraph of the third subitem 1 of Item 7 of excerpt from the protocol No. 133 of cabinet meeting of Ukraine of November 10, 2021" to exclude.

2. Bring in the Procedure for realization of types of sanctions and the monitoring of their efficiency by the commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries approved by the Decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of August 15, 2023 No. 168, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2023 at No. 1519/40575, the following changes:

1) in the column of approval of figure "15.08". replace with figures and the word "August 15";

The word "PROCEDURE" to replace 2) in heading with the word "Procedure";

3) in Item 2 of the Section I:

after the word "Law)" to add with words ", the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings"";

the word "approved" to replace with the word "approved";

4) in the paragraph the second subitems 3, of 4, paragraphs the second, fifth the subitem 5 of Item 3 of the Section I of the word "state bodies" shall be replaced with words "public authorities";

To "state bodies" shall be replaced with words 5) in Item 13 of the Section III of the word to "public authorities".

3. To provide to department of methodology together with department of legal providing in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To provide to department of documentary providing and organizational work promulgation of this decision after its state registration.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the Chairman of KRAIL.
