About modification of the Regulations on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 27, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 26, 2021 No. 90), the following changes:

The subitem 3 of Item 5 of the Section I to exclude 1);

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 6 of the Section II of the word "within corridor of interest rates for tools of continuous access" "but not below it";

Item 13 of the Section IV to state 3) in the following edition:

"13. The National Bank establishes interest rate for tools of continuous access with:

1) withdrawal of liquidity for term overnight (according to deposit certificates overnight) at the level of discount rate;

2) provision of liquidity for term overnight (on the credits overnight) in binding to discount rate.";
