About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Customs Regulation"

Article 1. Part 6 of article 189 of the Law of September 14, 2022, ZR-353 "About customs regulation" (further - the Law) after the words "requirements" to add with words "rules of obligatory behavior in customs control zones, including movement of persons and vehicles in customs control zones".
Article 2. Add the Law with Article 302.1 of the following content.
"Article 302.1. Violation of obligatory rules of conduct in customs control zones
1. Violation of obligatory rules of conduct in customs control zones attracts the prevention.
2. The repeated act provided by part one of this Article within six months attracts penalty in the amount of two hundred thousand dramas.
Article 3. In article 326 of the law:
Part 1 after the word "if" to add 1) with the words "person which violated customs rules interferes with implementation of functions of officials of customs authorities, refuses to stop the made offense, or";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words "person shows resistance to officials of customs authorities" "person interferes with implementation of functions of officials of customs authority", and the words "for a period of three days with the written notice of the prosecutor within 24 hours from the moment of detention" words "lasting six hours with the immediate notification on it of the prosecutor";
To add 3) with part 5 of the following content:
