About modification and amendments in the Agreement on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 25, 2007
The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 25, 2007 (further - the Agreement) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
agreed as follows:
Exclude in article 16 of the Agreement of the word "and becoming effective according to the procedure, stipulated in Article the 15th this agreement".
Bring in the Regulations on Council for physical culture and sport of agreement parties on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the Provision) which are integral part of the Agreement, the following changes and amendments:
1. To state the Section I of the Provision in the following edition:
"I. General provisions
1.1. Council on physical culture and sport of agreement parties about cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - Council) is created for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sport of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the Agreement), expansions and strengthenings of international backgrounds of agreement parties.
Council is body of industry cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States and is urged to organize and coordinate within the competence execution of the decisions made by Council of heads of states, Council of Heads of Government, Council of Foreign Ministers and CIS Economic Council.
