About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2023 No. 358/2022

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2023 No. 358/2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 435-437, 805) to make the following changes:

1. State Article 1 in the following edition:

"Art. 1. - Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2023 affirm according to the income in 14538364,2 amount thousand lei and to expenses as 14538364,2 amount thousand lei.".

2. 1, 1.1, 1.2 and 2 to state appendices in the following edition:

"Appendix 1
