1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 2018 No. 621 "About formation of the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning implementation of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
in Regulations on the Commission in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning implementation of digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The commission consists of the chairman, his deputy, the secretary, members of the commission, experts of the Commission.";
to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Tasks, functions and rights of the Commission";
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. The main objectives of the Commission is development of offers on digitalization, innovative technologies and area of communication in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also monitoring of their realization.";
to state heading of Chapter 3 in the following edition:
"Chapter 3. Organization of activities of the Commission";
in Item 13:
2) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) introduces the agenda addressed to the commission chairman;";
5) to exclude the subitem;
1) and 2) of Item 14 to state subitems in the following edition:
"1) open sessions are held with participation of members of the commission and experts of the Commission as required;
2) closed meetings are held with participation of members of the commission as required and at least once a quarter.";
