1. Bring in Rules of work of the archive organizations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 08, 2013 No. 656/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2013 at No. 584/23116, the following changes:
Item 1.2 of the Section I to add 1) with new paragraphs of the following content:
"fund of use of documents - the structured set of the copies of the archive documents made in paper or other analog or digital forms and intended for use instead of originals;
the digital copy of the archive document copy containing exact sign reproduction of information of the original of the archive document, received as a result of transformation of the analog archive document to digital form or copyings of the digital archive document;
digital fund of use of documents - the structured set of digital copies of archive documents intended for use instead of originals.";
2) in Item 3.2 of Chapter 3 of the Section IV:
in the paragraph the thirteenth to exclude the words "that card-index";
after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:
