About modification and amendments in the Law "About Criminal and Executive Service"

Article 1. The name of Chapter 5 of the Law of July 8, 2005, "About criminal and executive service" (further - the Law) to state ZR-160 in the following edition:
"Efficiency evaluation, retraining and certification of the criminal and executive employee".
Article 2. Add the Law with Article 20.1 of the following content:
"Article 20.1. Certification of the criminal and executive employee
1. Certification of employees of criminal and executive service of the main, leading, average and younger groups is carried out for the purpose of calculation of award or continuation of calculation of award.
2. To the provided part of 1 this Article of certification the Criminal and executive employee voluntarily can undergo retraining. The criminal and executive employee before certification once has the right to undergo retraining. For the purpose of certification retraining is carried out only for primary certification.
3. After appointment of the criminal and executive employee to the position equal occupied in criminal and executive service, results of certification of the criminal and executive employee remain, and in case of position assignment on promotion by results of tender the employee is subject to certification. Before certification for the purpose of surcharge charge the employee appointed to position on promotion keeps the results of certification calculated on the previous position. In case of appointment to other position in criminal and executive service in case of staff reduction, structural change, including in case of lowering of position on one step, employees are not subject to certification, and the certified employees keep results of certification, except as specified the expiration provided by part 8 of this Article.
4. The procedure for certification is established by the order of the Government.
