Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state, No. 668/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 78-80, 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in line item figures of "550,95" to replace "Public organization "Scientific and Practical Institute of Gardening and Food Technologies"" with figures of "474,6052";
in line item "76, Mr. Chimishliya" figures of "160,96" to replace technical training college No. with figures of "160,4588";
in line item "In total" to replace figures of "21974,7815" with figures of "21897,9355".
Art. II. - Zemli Ploshchad of 46,6349 of hectare (cadastral number 0131115001) and 29,7099 of hectare (cadastral number 0131116001) and, respectively, the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,5012 of hectare (cadastral number 2901304853) on which the structure with cadastral number 2901304853.01, excluded from the List of the companies, organizations and organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state is located according to article I provisions, are transferred according to the law to the possession of administrative and territorial unit the city of Yaloven and respectively to property of administrative and territorial unit the city of Chimishliya.
Art. III. - To the government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law:
- bring the regulations into accord with it;
- provide modification of cadastral documentation according to the current legislation.
