Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of return to tourists and (or) other customers of the sums of money paid by them for tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 8, 2020 No. 461 "About approval of Rules of return to tourists and (or) other customers of the sums of money paid by them for tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 15, Art. 2312; 2021, No. 16, Art. 2807; 2023, No. 1, Art. 247).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024.
