About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2020 No. 2055

1. The paragraph the fourth Item 20 of the Regulations on maximum permissible emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, maximum permissible standard rates of harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air, No. 2055 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2020 "About maximum permissible emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, maximum permissible standard rates of harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 51, Art. 8444; 2023, No. 7, of the Art. 1145) to state in the following edition:
"The term of consideration by territorial authority of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of the request and materials on receipt of permission to emissions which establishes standard rates of admissible emissions and temporarily permitted emissions cannot exceed 30 working days from the date of obtaining such the request and materials.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
