About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 7, 2021 No. 137

According to Articles 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, 20 Laws of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", Articles 59, 60 Laws of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of ensuring smooth operation of Central Securities Depository in the conditions of warlike situation and reduction of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 07, 2021 No. 137 "About establishment of criteria by the National Bank of Ukraine for banks in which have the right to open accounts in foreign currency Central Securities Depository and clearing organizations according to requirements of the legislation" the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

"foreign banks" shall be replaced with words words "banks (including foreign banks)";

"the subitem 2 Items" to replace words and figure with the word "Item";

2) the subitem 1 of Item 3 after words "this resolution," to add with the words "except violation case system important bank during action of warlike situation in Ukraine and three months after its cancellation of the economic standard rates established by the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yury Geletiya.
