The "Regulations on the State agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 22, 2018 No. 90 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 5, Article 958; 2019, No. 11, Article 1702; 2022, No. 12, Article 1436) to add with subitems 3.0.19-1 and 3.0.19-2 of the following content:
"3.0.19-1. participation in case of the commissions operating in the field of ensuring aviation safety;
3.0.19-2. implementation of functions of the Secretariat of the Republican interdepartmental commission on aviation safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;".
