About modification of the Law "About Limited Liability Companies"

Article 1. The first offer of part 1 of article 24 of the Law "About Limited Liability Companies" of October 24, 2001 to state ZR-252 in the following edition:
"1. Society has no right not more often than quarterly to perform distribution of the profit between members of society.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
