3. Determine that the insurance sum on compulsory national insurance of employees of tax authorities constitutes the 80-fold size of the basic settlement size established by the legislation on the date of payment.
4. Determine that the insurance premium is paid by the State Tax Committee (insurer) to the authorized insurer in the amount of 20 percent from the basic settlement size operating at the time of payment on each employee of the insurer who is subject to insurance.
5. The national company of export-import insurance Uzbekinvest (the authorized insurer) to continue carrying out compulsory national insurance in the procedure established by this resolution before involvement of the following representative of the insurer on the basis of open tender according to the procedure established by the legislation.
6. To provide to the national company of export-import insurance Uzbekinvest transfer of copies of documents and means of the insurance reserves relating to compulsory national insurance of employees of tax authorities, the insurance company determined by the authorized insurer.
To the authorized insurer to perform documents acceptance and means of insurance reserves and to provide the conclusion of necessary insurance contracts with the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan prior to the beginning of each next year
.7. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve Rules of compulsory national insurance of employees of tax authorities in a month.
8. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on deputy prime ministers Yunusov R. R. and Hamidov B. S.
