1. "59. After decision making by authorized body for architecture, town planning and construction about reference of the considered object to construction objects requiring special regulation and (or) town-planning regulation, the customer develops the Individual plan which contains:
1) stages and terms of development of the design and estimate documentation and receipt of approvals (with indication of the approving organizations), with appendix of the schedule;
