About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses ("Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021, No. 122-133) the following changes:
add Chapter 23 with Articles 213-1 and 213-2 of the following content:
"Article 213-1. Violation of prohibitions and restrictions for turnover of packets from the polymeric film and plastic products established by the legislation on restriction of turnover of packets from polymeric film and plastic products in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic
1. Violation of prohibition on production of packets from polymeric film and plastic products -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 100 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 280 settlement indicators.
2. Violation of prohibition on realization of packets from polymeric film and plastic products -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 30 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 130 settlement indicators.
3. Violation of prohibition on free issue of packets from polymeric film and plastic products in trade and service industry -
attracts the prevention on physical persons or legal entity.
4. The same action provided by part 3 of this Article committed repeatedly within year after pronouncement of the prevention, -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.
5. Violation of prohibition on use of packets from polymeric film and plastic products -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.
