1. Item 31 of the Section IV of Provisions on structure of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, conditions and procedure for foreign exchange trade and bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 02, 2019 No. 1 (with changes), after subitem 8 to add with two new subitems of the following content:

"9) contact information of bank, non-bank organization [with indication of the location, phone number or phone of "the hot line" (in the presence), e-mail addresses, references to the Internet page of bank, non-bank organization (in the presence)] for the direction (representation) of appeals of clients to bank, non-bank organization;
