About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 19, 2023 No. 331

According to the paragraph of Item 13 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I ORDER the eleventh:

1. Bring in the form of Tax calculation of the amounts of receipts of the payer of the third group of the single tax into accounts in banks and the amounts of the tax withheld from them approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 19, 2023 No. 331, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 04, 2023 at No. 1138/40194, the following changes:

in line 1 of the word "TAX CALCULATION of the AMOUNTS of RECEIPTS of the PAYER of the THIRD GROUP of the SINGLE TAX INTO ACCOUNTS IN BANKS AND the AMOUNTS of the TAX WITHHELD FROM THEM" shall be replaced with words "Tax calculation of the amounts of receipts of the payer of the third group of the single tax into accounts in banks and the amounts of the tax withheld from them";

in line 7 of the word" (the tax address of the taxpayer)" to exclude;

in headings of column 4 of Sections and, II, column 6 of Sections and-III, column 7 of the Section I, column 5 of the Section III to replace the word "column" in all cases with the word "column" in the corresponding cases.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
