About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Approval of the land management project is performed regarding observance of the requirements provided by Articles 121, of 139, 140 and 142 Codes.";
2) in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2022 No. 180 "About approval of Rules of creation of the land management project on forming of the parcels of land" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 28399):
in Item 2:
add with subitem 9-1) of the following content:
"9-1) information system of the single State Immovable Property Cadastre (further – IS EGKN) – the information system containing data of land and legal inventories which procedure for maintaining is determined by the Code and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state registration of the rights to real estate";";
10) to exclude the subitem;
