"1.3. This Law is applied to the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic in the part which is not settled by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic". The provisions carried to legal entities of the public law in other right acts are applied to the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic if in these legal acts special notes on it are specified.".
