About entering of amendments into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 249 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. In case of the address of collection regarding the pledge which is personal estate, provided in the statement for return of the order with the requirement about collection of the amount, in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate" collection addresses regarding pledge owing to the order made by the notary.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 339 of the Code with Item 6.1 of the following content:
"6. 1) the application for return of the order with the requirement about collection of the amount until decision making about statement variation concerning the order made with the requirement about collection of the amount is submitted and if the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount - until entry into force of the decision on cancellation is cancelled further;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after publication of the announcement of notarial chamber of start of electronic system, to the notary, necessary for giving, by electronic method of the statement for return of the order with the requirement about collection of the amount.
