About modification and amendments in the Law "About Fire Safety"

Article 1. "About fire safety" (further - the Law) to state article 20 of the Law of April 18, 2001 to ZR-176 in the following edition:
"Article 20. State fire supervision and control
1. The state fire supervision and control is exercised by inspection body for the purpose of ensuring execution of requirements of the regulatory legal acts and documents (including normative and technical) concerning the sphere of fire safety, prevention or identification of their violations, and also elimination of effects.
2. The inspection body when implementing the state fire supervision and control over the implementation by state bodies, territorial administration and local self-government, the organizations, and also officials and citizens of requirements of the regulatory legal acts and documents (including normative and technical) concerning the sphere of fire safety is authorized:
To represent 1) to state bodies, territorial administration and local self-government of the offer on holding actions for fire safety;
2) for the purpose of implementation of supervision and control on fulfillment of requirements of the regulatory legal acts and documents (including normative and technical) concerning the sphere of fire safety, and the prevention of violations to conduct researches of the territories, buildings, structures, constructions and other objects, and also checks in the procedure established by the law;
3) to take part in works of the commissions on the choice (placement) of the areas (roads) for construction, and also accepting operation of complete construction objects (the reconstructed objects);
4) in the absence of requirements of the regulatory legal acts and documents (including normative and technical) concerning the sphere of fire safety to develop and offer additional fire-proof actions for construction, reconstruction, recovery, strengthening, upgrade of buildings, constructions;
