Article 1. To state article 94.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:
Article 94.1. Implementation of activities with violation of requirements to assessment and examination of impact on the environment
1. Implementation of the planned activities which are subject to assessment and examination of impact on the environment, without positive experimental testimony or in the presence of the negative conclusion about implementation of the planned activities which are subject to assessment and examination on the environment, received by law or negative experimental testimony:
attracts imposing of penalty in case of the planned activities of the category A established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About assessment and examination of impact on the environment", for citizens - in five-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage, for officials or legal entities - in ten-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage; in case of the planned activities of the category B established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About assessment and examination of impact on the environment", for citizens - in two thousand the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, for officials or legal entities - in five-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Non-execution of requirements or conditions to the project documentation or the report of EIA subjected to examination in the course of implementation of the planned activities including the plan of ecological management or the program of monitoring of impact on the environment or experimental testimony, and in case of fixed terms - non-execution at the scheduled time either their violation or variation of them:
