attracts imposing of penalty for physical persons in the amount of fivefold to the tenfold size of the established minimum wage, and for legal entities - from twentyfold to the thirtyfold size of the established minimum wage.";
"8.1. Not informing by owners or users of the parcels of land on detection in their territory of the garbage which is not belonging to them no later than within 24 hours after its detection:
attracts imposing of penalty for physical persons in the amount of triple to the fivefold size of the established minimum wage, and for legal entities - from eightfold to the tenfold size of the established minimum wage.
8.2. Rejection of adequate measures within three days after informing local government body on detection on the parcels of land of owners or users of the garbage which is not belonging to them:
attracts imposing of penalty for the official in the amount of twentyfold to the thirtyfold size of the established minimum wage.";
