About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 109 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the Code) with part 8 of the following content:

"8. In cases when there is decision on variation the notary of the statement for return of the order with the requirement about collection of the amount on the basis, stipulated in Item 1 parts 2 of article 82.9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate", and the court completely meets the requirement submitted against the same person on the same actual basis, the obligation on expense recovery (payment for notarial action), connected with return of the order with the requirement about collection of the amount, in double size can be assigned to the defendant.".

Article 2. To state Item 3 of part 1 of article 126 of the Code in the following edition:

"3) there is resolution of arbitration, the decision of the conciliator of financial system or the order of the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount concerning case between the same persons on the same subject and on the same actual bases, except for case of refusal by court in issue of writ of execution for forced execution of the resolution of arbitration or the decision of the conciliator of financial system or refusal by the notary in issue of the order with the requirement about collection of the amount;".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 127 of the Code with Item 14 of the following content:
