About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to add article 7 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with the paragraph "п" the following content:

"o) in case of alienation by physical persons to other physical persons of the car belonging to them on the property right for registration of the termination of the property right to this vehicle if the car is alienated within 365 days after its acquisition (state registration of the property right). In sense of this paragraph acquisition of the car receipt of property in inheritance or donation is not considered, and alienation the transfer of property on the car from one physical person to other physical person for compensation in any form is considered (including partial) or it is non-paid.".

Article 2. To add article 8 of the Law after the words "concerning basic duty" with words ", except for object of the collection of the state fee established by the paragraph "п" article 7 of this Law".

Article 3. Add the law with Article 20.2 of the following content:

"Article 20.2. Rates of the state fee in case of alienation by physical person of the car belonging to them on the property right

1. In case of alienation by physical persons to other physical persons of the car belonging to them on the property right, the state fee for state registration of the termination of the property right to the vehicle is collected in the following size: for each horsepower of engine capacity of the car - 150 dram. In case of expression of engine capacity in kilowatts the coefficient 1.36 is applied to the corresponding capacity.".
