About modification of the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. The second offer of part 2 of article 41 of the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population" of March 4, 1996 to state ZR-42 in the following edition: "Any body and (or) fabric and (or) liquid removed from human body during lifetime are subject to obligatory morphological research for the purpose of refining, confirmation of the diagnosis, the treatment efficiency evaluation except for established by authorized body of cases when there is no need of refining, confirmation of the diagnosis, treatment efficiency evaluation."
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of its official publication. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this Law shall be accepted after entry into force of this Law in a month.
