1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2022 No. 5 "About some questions of the Highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in the Regulations on the Highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
in Item 13:
1) to add the subitem with paragraphs the seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth the following content:
"book audit of means of the local budget at the request of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its Administration, according to appeals of state bodies, audit committees, physical persons and legal entities, and also according to law enforcement agencies.
The decision on carrying out audit of means of the local budget according to appeals of state bodies, audit committees, physical persons and legal entities, and also according to law enforcement agencies is accepted at meeting of the Highest auditor chamber by a majority vote with the subsequent notification of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
review at the request of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its Administration, and also according to the decision of the Highest auditor chamber results of audit of bodies of the state audit and financial control, except for audit materials on which there are court resolutions which took legal effect;";
in the subitem 2):
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"place in the single database on the state audit and financial control materials of the state audit and financial control, except for materials of the state audit and financial control of authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations containing the secret protected by the law in the terms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
