About modification of the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 446/2021
Based on part (6) article 6 of the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 40-49, 82), with subsequent changes, parts (6-1) articles 16 of the Law on power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 364-370, 620), the subitem g) Item 16 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation in power approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 334/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 13-21, 81), the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. In the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 446/2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 292, of the Art. 1348), to make the following changes:
1) In Item 8:
the formula will have the following content:
it is supplemented with new concept:
IPC(Sem) - consumer price index in the Republic of Moldova for the last 6 months, published by National bureau of statistics in day of approval of specific trade margin, but which cannot exceed annual 110%.
Number "15" to replace 2) In Item 18 with number "25".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
