About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of persons, concerning which established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine, and members of their families" concerning extension of the list of the bases for factual determination of deprivation of person of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine and reduction of its separate provisions in compliance with the legislation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of persons concerning whom established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine, and members of their families" of January 26, 2022 No. 2010-IX such changes:
1. In part one of Article 1 of the word "About Features of State Policy on Ensuring the State Sovereignty of Ukraine in Temporarily Occupied Territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions" to exclude.
2. In the text of Article 3 of the word of "temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine".
3. In Article 4:
in the subitem "b" of Item shall be replaced with words 2 parts of the first word "in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" "in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in implementation of the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine";
