About introduction of amendments to the Constitutional law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About regulatory legal acts"

Article 1. Make the following changes in the Constitutional law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About regulatory legal acts" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 2, Art. 69; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1600; 2018, No. 7). (book I), Art. 1396, No. 12 (book I), Art. 2513, 2019, No. 5, Art. 809, 2020, No. 4, Art. 384, 2021, No. 12, Art. 1297, 2022, Art. No. 11 1227):
1.1. Under Article 27:
1.1.1. after the word of "preparation" in the name to add with words "approvals, acceptances and publications";
1.1.2. After the word of "preparation" in Articles 27.1 and 27.2 to add with words ", approvals, acceptances and publications";
1.2. Under Article 29:
1.2.1. In Article 29.2 of the word "Due to the Change of the Name or Figures Need to Make Changes to Several Regulatory Legal Acts or to Cancel Several Regulatory Legal Acts" shall be replaced with words "the stipulated in Article 29.3 presents of the Constitutional law";
1.2.2. Add with Articles 29.3 and 29.4 of the following content:
"29.3. In the following cases it is allowed not to specify the name (names) of the changed or cancelled regulatory legal act (acts):
29.3.1. in case of change of several regulatory legal acts or cancellation of several regulatory legal acts in connection with change of the name or figures;
29.3.2. in case of change of several regulatory legal acts or cancellation of several regulatory legal acts for the purpose of elimination of collision of regulatory legal acts in connection with acceptance of new regulatory legal act;
29.3.3. in case of cancellation by new regulatory legal act of other regulatory legal act relating to subject of regulation of this act.
