1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 280 "About approval of Standard rules of realization of mechanisms of price stabilization on socially important food products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19123) the following changes:
in Standard rules of realization of the mechanisms of price stabilization on socially important food products approved by the specified order:

The list of the specialized organizations realizing price stabilization mechanisms on socially important food products, except for measures for ceiling establishment of prices for socially important food products (further - the specialized organization), affirms authorized body in the field of development of agro-industrial complex according to subitem 4-1) of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law.";
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The list of the socially important food products necessary for purchase in regional stabilization fund of food products is created of the list of socially important food products approved by the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 11, 2023 No. 166-HK (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 32474).".
2. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
