About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I ORDER:
1. Bring in Regulations on the Public notarial Records Office, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of May 18, 2009 No. 870/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 21, 2009 at No. 443/16459, the following changes:
"The state committee of archives of Ukraine (further - Goskomarkhiv of Ukraine)" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word "The public archive agency of Ukraine (dalee-Ukrgosarkhiv)";
2) in item 4 of the word "Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - justice department)" shall be replaced with words "territorial authority of the Ministry of Justice";
In paragraph six of the word "Goskomarkhiva of Ukraine" to replace 3) with the word "Ukrgosarkhiva";
4) in Item 10:
in the paragraph the second words and figures "The rules of maintaining notarial clerical work approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 31, 2008 No. 2368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 31, 2008 at No. 1325/16016 (dalee-Pravila)" shall be replaced with words also in figures
"The rules of maintaining notarial clerical work approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 No. 3253/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2010 at No. 1318/18613 (further - Rules)";
