According to Articles 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", for the purpose of reduction of administrative acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine SOLVED:
1. In Item 2 of the Section I of the Procedure for approval of domestic situations of banks according to assets and calculation of the extent of credit risk regarding approaches to determination of values of coefficients of probability of default of the debtor/partner approved by board decision of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 17, 2018 No. 225-rsh shall be replaced with words words of "supervision (oversight) of payment systems" "oversight of payment infrastructure".
2. To department of the integrated supervision of banks (Andrey Kotyuzhinsky) to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this decision.
3. The decision becomes effective from the date of, its acceptance following behind day.
