In Item 6 of Rules of import of the medicines for medical application to the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2021 No. 853 "About approval of Rules of import of medicines for medical application to the Russian Federation and recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 23, Art. 4092; 2023, No. 1, Art. 251):
to add paragraph two of the subitem "e" with words ", or the statement from such decision of advisory council of Fund (with indication of the trade name or the international non-proprietary name, dosage form, dosage and amount of the unregistered medicine)";
add the subitem "zh" with words ", or the statement from such decision of advisory council of Fund (with indication of the trade name or the international non-proprietary name, dosage form, dosage, amounts which are subject to import, diseases (condition) of patients for which narrow contingent medicine is imported)".
