About renewal of operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2022 No. 1340
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Recover for the period till last day of month in which action of the quarantine established for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2022 No. 1340 "About modification of the inventory comes to the end (including medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment) of the actions, necessary for accomplishment, directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of the transaction SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus on import of which to customs area of Ukraine and/or transaction on delivery of which on customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation by the value added tax and which are exempted from payment of import duty" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 97, the Art. 6045) for subjects of managing which till April 1, 2023 fully or partially performed advance payment according to the signed agreements under which the goods specified in the specified resolution are imported (on condition of documentary confirmation from bank of implementation by such subject of managing of advance payment).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
