1. Bring in form of the state statistical reporting 4 bidding (markets) "The report on number of trade places in the markets, in shopping centers", approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2015 No. 75, the following changes:

to exclude from the detail "Address Part and Term of Representation" of the word "on paper:";
