About modification of Rules of control of the foreign trade barter deals and their accounting

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of control of the foreign trade barter deals and their accounting approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2012 No. 1207 "About control of the foreign trade barter deals and their accounting" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 49, the Art. 6857).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. Item 3 after words "relevant documents" to add with the words "behind discharge of duty on ensuring sales of goods, received by the Russian legal entities and physical persons according to such transactions outside the territory of the Russian Federation, receipt of means of payment and transfer into the accounts in authorized banks of all money received from realization of such goods in cases when under the terms of the foreign trade barter deal accomplishment by the foreign person of its obligations be performed by the method which is not providing import in the Russian Federation of the goods transferred to the specified person who concluded such foreign trade barter deal".

2. In item 4 of the word "proceeding from places of declaring of the corresponding goods and places of state registration of the Russian legal entities and physical persons" to exclude.
