1) Article 69 to add with part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. Persons studying according to programs of internship for one of specialties of the enlarged group of specialties "Clinical Medicine" can be allowed to implementation of medical activities on positions of doctors-trainees according to the procedure and on the conditions established by authorized federal executive body.";
2) part 2 of Article 88 to add with Item 3 following of content:
"3) procedure and terms of submission of information provided by Items 2 and 3 of part 3 of article 91.1 of this Federal Law (including regarding completeness, reliability, relevance of the entered data), in single state information system in the field of health care by the suppliers of information specified in item 4 of part 6 of article 91.1 of this Federal Law.";
Article 91.1 to add 3) with part 11 of the following content:
"11. In single system (including regarding completeness, reliability, relevance of the entered data) the suppliers of information specified in item 4 of part 6 of this Article bear responsibility for violation of procedure and terms of submission of information in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.".
1. This Federal Law becomes effective since April 1, 2024.
