"5.2. The parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property, occupied with agricultural forest melioration plantings concerning which accounting according to article 20.1 of the Federal Law of January 10, 1996 No. 4-FZ "About land reclamation" is performed (further - the considered agricultural forest melioration plantings) is provided in lease without tendering of agricultural organization in case of implementation of agricultural production by it on the adjacent parcel of land, to the citizen or peasant farm in case of implementation by them on the adjacent parcel of land of activities of peasant farm.
If the agricultural organization performing agricultural production on the adjacent parcel of land, the citizen or the peasant farm performing activities of peasant farm on the adjacent parcel of land own it on the lease right, the parcel of land which is in the state-owned or municipal property, occupied with the considered agricultural forest melioration plantings is provided to them in lease without tendering for the term which is not exceeding lease term of the adjacent parcel of land.
