1) in Article 5.1:
a) the paragraph one of Item 3 after the word "places" to add with words "restrictions of use of the woods and";
b) add with Items 4.1 and 4.2 of the following content:
"4.1. The requirements to implementation of activities in borders of the territory of object of cultural heritage provided by subitems 1 and 3 of Item 1 of this Article extend to the territory of the revealed object of the cultural heritage which is not the noteworthy place.
The requirement to implementation of activities in borders of the territory of object of cultural heritage provided by the subitem 3 of Item 1 of this Article extends to the territory of the revealed object of cultural heritage - the noteworthy place.
4.2. In the territory of the revealed object of cultural heritage - the noteworthy place are permitted:
1) works on preserving the monuments and ensembles which are in borders of the territory of the noteworthy place;
2) the works aimed at providing safety historical and town-planning or the environment of the revealed object of cultural heritage - the noteworthy place;
3) running repair, capital repairs and reconstruction of capital construction projects without increase in their volume and space characteristics;
