"Article 61.6-1. Features of application of effects of invalidity of transactions on acquisition by the citizen for the debtor of premises
1. If the transaction on acquisition by the citizen at the debtor of premises (share in the right of common property to premises) is acknowledged as Arbitration Court invalid based on Item 1 of article 61.2 of this Federal Law and for the citizen and members of his family jointly living in these premises it is the only thing suitable for permanent residence by the room (further respectively in this Article - the citizen creditor, premises), the right to claim acquired by the citizen creditor according to Item 3 of article 61.6 of this Federal Law is subject to satisfaction taking into account the features provided by this Article.
2. Sale of premises is performed according to the procedure, established by items 4 - the 19th Articles 110, by articles 111 and 139 of this Federal Law, taking into account the features provided by this Article.
3. The arbitration manager in time no later than six months from the date of the introduction within legal force of court resolution about recognition of the transaction on acquisition by the citizen at the debtor of premises of invalid submits to creditor meeting or within creditor committee for approval of the offer on procedure for sale of property of the debtor. The arbitration manager shall inform the citizen creditor on exposure of premises to sale not later than ten working days before placement in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information of the message on sale of premises.
