1) item 4 of Article 35 to add with the subitem 4 following of content:

"4) alienation of object of cultural heritage according to the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" by sale at tender or sales at auction if subject of auction is the object of cultural heritage which is in property of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow, St. Petersburg or Sevastopol.";

Article 39.7 to add 2) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. The amount of the rent for the parcel of land on which the object of cultural heritage privatized by sale at tender according to the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" is located is established equal to one ruble a year for all term of accomplishment of conditions of tender selling such object.";

Item 8 of Article 39.8 to add 3) with subitem 8.6 of the following content:

"8. 6) for the term of accomplishment of conditions of tender selling object of cultural heritage according to the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" the owner of such object if other is not provided by the specified Federal Law;";
