Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1993 No. 4804-I "About export and import of cultural values" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 20, Art. 718; Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 1, Art. 19; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6954) following changes:

1) in the Section I:

a) in Article 11.2:

Creation of the expert opinion is performed by the expert in cultural values with use of the personal account by means of creation of entry in the register of the expert opinions constituted by experts in cultural values by results of conducting examination of cultural values (further also - the register of expert opinions). This record is signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the expert in cultural values.";

add with Items 6.1 - 6.3 following of content:

"6.1. The expert opinion goes the expert in cultural values to the applicant or to customs or other law enforcement agency, based on the statement or the address of which expertize of cultural values (further - the customer of examination), in electronic form no later than the day following behind day of signing of the specified conclusion to the e-mail address specified in the statement or the address of the customer of examination was carried out.
